1. On Saturday, May 28th, at 9am, there will be a Suicide Training Workshop  at Saddleback Church South Bay. Everyone here at RHCC CR is welcome to attend. Learn how to recognized the signs and symptoms that may lead to suicide and what to do about it. 

2. A new Spanish Women's  Step Study is kicking off soon. If you are interested, please sign up at the Welcome Table.
